Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:

  • Dry:
  • 3 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Wet:
  • 2 cups solid-pack pumpkin puree
  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 4 eggs

Directions:

Combine wet ingredients
Combine dry ingredients
Combine both
Bake at 350 until cake tester comes out clean, usually 1 – 1 1/2 hours.
